Supportive community for Scrum Masters + free downloads, w/Daria Bagina from ScrumMastered

About Your Host

Hi, my name is Daria Bagina. I'm a Professional Scrum Trainer and a practicing Scrum Master.

I have created ScrumMastered.com - a website where I share my insights about Agile and Scrum. I am also the creator of the Retrospective Poker - a useful tool for Scrum Masters to run productive and engaging retrospectives.

Implementing Scrum is hard, I know that from experience. What helped me was having a community of other professionals to support me on my journey. That is why I want to create a community that can support you as well!

About This Community

Our vision is to enable professionals and businesses to stay competitive by leveraging the benefits of agility.

This group brings curated content from a Professional Scrum Trainer and a community of practice together in one place. It sets you up for success with practical tools and advice and gives you an opportunity to share knowledge and contribute to something greater.

Why Us

The year 2020 has shown us how important community is, whether it's an in-person one or a virtual one.  Let's bring together Agile professionals around the world and create a space for you to share your experiences, ask for help and discuss past events.

Here's why you should join:

  • Private community of like-minded professionals focused on sharing knowledge and growing together, not promoting products.
  • Monthly networking events to stay connected.
  • Exclusive downloads. You can download all the updated materials in one place. This includes full archive of personal insights previously only shared with newsletter subscribers.
  • Special programs, communities of practices, and courses to deep-dive into specific topics.
  • Answers and participation from DariaIt's a great opportunity to get some answers and interact directly without the bariers of other social media. All that while engaging the whole community together.

Why Here

You might be wondering, why the community lives here, rather than on any other popular platform. Here's why:

  • It's more than a Slack server. Here we can create a wiki of usefull information with easy access.
  • It's more than LinkedIn feed. The content is focused on helping you succeed with Scrum. No more irrelevant posts, news or political opinions.
  • It's more than a Meetup. After attending an event together, we can continue the discussion, share insights and notes.
  • It's more than a forum. It's easy to keep track of what is going on and connect to others.
  • It has a mobile app!

In the end, it helps us grow as a community more than anything else.
